Rural Holidays NZ Ltd contracted me to revamp and keep their two sites up to date as they did not have the skills or experience to complete the task.

After a review it was decided that the older site would be closed down and visitors would be directed to the new updated site.

The newer site was originally developed by Acclipse, but Rural Holidays were not happy with it as it was not generating a lot of traffic, it did not have the look they wanted and the information it contained was out of date. Although Acclipse provided an online method for updating the site, Rural Holidays found this task to complicated and time consuming.

I have assisted Rural Holidays by updating the site, with much of this being done by altering the HTML code. I have also promoted the site using SEO techniques and organized the redirection from the old site.

The future will see this site eventually move to cheaper and more manageable site. More pages and features will also be added.
